Once you pick your perch, we will complete a questionnaire together and review the content needed to ensure we create the perfect website to suite your business.

After receiving content from you, we'll build your custom website and perform detailed quality-assurance (QA) testing. Then, we'll review the site together for any changes.

03  Hatch

After any requested revisions are complete and the site passes rigorous QA tests, your website will be hatched! Finally, we'll perform live testing and help configure your GMB page*.

  • How long will it take to build my website?

    Depending on the scope of work and size of your site, this can vary. On average a 5-10 page website will take between 2-3 weeks to complete, and a more complex 15 page or e-commerce website will require 4-5 weeks.  If you have a specific deadline to meet, let us know -  we also offer a 'Project Priority' option.

  • When will my site be live?

    After the site build and QA testing is complete on our end, we will schedule a reveal call with you to review the site and any revisions necessary. Once reviewed and approved, your website can be livw within an hour!

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, E-transfer, and credit card payments. 

  • Can you write my website copy?

    Of course! We offer copywriting as an added service for any of our website plans. This is priced by project and word count, depending on the scope required. 

  • How do I make updates to my website?

    It's easy! With our website management platform, you don't need any technical knowledge; as long as you know how to use a computer or mobile phone, and type, you should be able to handle edits on the fly without issue. After your website is completed, we will have a lesson on the CMS together, and we will provide supporting documents after the launch. If you need help with something a bit more complicated, we also offer Website Support services as-needed or on a monthly basis. 

  • How often should I update my website?

    To keep your website fresh, it's always a good idea to update your homepage banner every month or so. This can be more frequent or less, depending on your industry. If your website has a portfolio, this is something you should try to keep updated as it happens, or every month when you update your homepage banner. Yearly SEO maintenance is also recommended for best performance.
